Cancellation Policy

Reservation: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your date. Balance: The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before the service. Cancellations: Refunds (minus deposit) are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event. Weather: Releases will not take place in extreme heat, rain, or high winds. If canceled due to weather, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund. Timing: Birds must be released at least 2 hours before sunset to ensure safe return.
