Welcome to Sacred Dove Release LLC. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services

We provide professional dove release ceremonies for funerals, memorials, and related events.

Each service is coordinated with care to ensure the well-being of the doves and the respect of the ceremony.

We will work directly with funeral directors, cemeteries, and churches to coordinate timing and details, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience.
2. Booking & Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all standard services (2–12 Dove Releases).

The balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.

Large Group Dove Releases (12+ doves) are by custom quote and may require a different deposit amount, agreed upon at booking.

Bookings are confirmed only once deposits are received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled release for a refund of any balance paid (deposits are non-refundable).

If weather conditions (extreme heat, wind, or rain) prevent a release, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.
4. Weather & Safety

Dove releases will not take place in extreme weather for the safety of the birds.

Releases must occur at least 2 hours before sunset to ensure the safe return of the doves.
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details (time, location, and special requests).

We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by incorrect information provided.
6. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared, sold, or rented.
7. Limitation of Liability
-
Sacred Dove Release LLC is not responsible for events outside our control, including weather, unexpected venue restrictions, or circumstances that prevent a release.
